Time: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Cost: $25.00 registration fee per team that will go toward Iron Brewer tee shirts, trophy for winners, food and drink. Ingredients. (DIY will be providing ingredients at cost)

Format:

Old Skool: - Hand Calculation - All Grain Only (Extract may be used as Adjunct) - gas heat only - calculation cheat sheet will be provided. - NO PUMPS -No electric systems.

Equipment Allowed:

•  Kettle
• Mash Tun
• 1 extra pot or HLT 
• hydrometer or refractometer
• non-digital thermometer
• tubing

Additional permissable equipment:

mash paddle, spoons, beakers, graduated cylinders, etc. gas burners sanitizer and buckets cooling system misc. Fermentor Calculator

NO PUMPS, there will be runnning water.
